As the Credit Control Supervisor you will be supporting a hardworking team of 8 achieve and work towards the following duties:

• Supporting the Transactional Manager in driving reporting initiative to improve dated processes
• Reviewing and monitoring the creditworthiness of the accounts receivable ledger to maximise collections and minimise bad debt
• Overseeing and support the long-standing team of Credit Controllers with daily queries and cash collections
• Manage the team with regards to invoicing, collections and query management to ensure that all clerical tasks are carried out in a timely and accurate fashion
• Collections, debt management and liaison with the large, international and high risk customers to maximise collections
• Co-ordinate with relevant members of the finance team to ensure that all payments are raised and authorised as necessary
• Producing periodic reports as required by the FM
• Sales ledger reconciliations
• Establishing and actioning process improvements where necessary

Management/supervisory skills within a similar area - Ideal A strong transactional finance background Strong reporting initiative Proven history of report management Experience within a business services function is highly desirable Strive to work within a face-paced busy environment Maintain standards when working under pressure Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationship with internal and external parties Strong Excel and IT skills Performance and results focused
