Job Description

We're looking for a successful Senior Credit Controller to join our team - the role boasts a great salary, excellent working environment and a collaborative team.
Working as part of a team of five Credit Controllers, you will be:
* The Escalation point for other credit control team members, escalating to the Transactional Manager where necessary
* Conduct Credit Control activites for multiple companies within group
* Chase outstanding balances via phone, letter and e-mail
* Actively pursue direct debit sign up by customers
* Active analysis of total balance movements and ageing of debtors with recommended action

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

* Our successful candidate will have a wealth of experience working in busy Credit Control environments as a senior team member * Have computer Literacy Skills: competency in using Word, Excel, Outlook Email/Calendar, PowerPoint, Sage 200 etc. * Be an effective team player with a precise approach with close attention to detail. * Excellent time management skills. * Customer focused with excellent relationship building skills, with both clients and colleagues. * A problem solving, solution based mentality. * Calm and considered working under pressure
