Job Description

The main purpose of the job, is to be first contact for officers whilst on duty. Handling any unplanned absences for the Scheduling Team. Supporting the Security business overnight and using free time for volume reduction and continuous improvement initiatives. The role partners closely with field operatives to ensure issues minimised and the highest standards of quality provision supplied.

You will be required to work a shift pattern, which is 4 on and 4 off and can include weekends.

This role will be offering a generous salary package, progression opportunities and overtime.

Duties Include:

  • To control and coordinate security operations, including shift changes, book -ons, check-calls, deployment of officers to site as and when required, reporting incidents and escalating where necessary.
  • Logging jobs and scheduling works to officers.
  • To champion outstanding customer experience in every interaction through the teams and wider business.
  • Be the first line escalation point for all issues as and when they arise.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
• Experience working in Facilities Management (desirable). • Excellent level of verbal and written communication skills. • Experience in administration and reporting.
