Job Description
You will be supporting a variety of functions for the teams across their global offices. They are looking for someone who I organized, great at multi-tasking and looking to be an integral member of their team.
Duties:
Responsible for the smooth running of all our offices including day-to-day administration and systems.
Act as the first point of contact for the London office
Deal with suppliers, maintaining the workspace and keeping it well-stocked.
Coordinate travel and accommodation needs across the business.
Organize social activities
Work closely with the Head of Resources to support the HR administration.
Coordinate and schedule staff reviews.
Coordinate recruitment agencies and candidate interviews.
Support HR with the induction of new team members.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Immediately available to start a new position. Previous experience within Administration. Have worked and supported international offices. Excellent attention to detail. Approachable and outgoing personality. Calm and reliable, discreet and trustworthy.
