Your role will need excellent communication skills as you would be the first point of contact via the telephone and electronic communication to client’s parents and carers who are accessing the service, and to non client contact with the service. You will need very good computer skills as you will be using the Patient Administration system and Microsoft Office packages and our suppliers electronic order database. Good organisational skills are required and the ability to work as part of team or alone when required.
