To be considered for this exciting and newly created Deputy Payroll Manager position you must have experience within a similar role. Proven experience working in a busy payroll environment to tight deadlines, knowledge of HMRC current legislation and experience using computerised payroll systems. You will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills and be comfortable using MS Excel. You will have a pro-active attitude and be flexible/adaptable in approach to work, along with being used to managing work-loads. It would be advantageous but not essential if you have experience managing change and supporting others within a team.
