This role is office based assisting in the administration of the Engineering and Facilities department
reporting to the Engineering and Operations Manager. You will be responsible for the ordering of goods
and services from approved suppliers on a daily basis.
Working hours are 07h00 - 15:30h, Monday to Friday.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Finance - Raising PO's, receipting goods in and administrating paperwork·
Ordering parts or service of approved suppliers·
Manage bookings in and out of engineering stores·
Keeping the engineering computer system up to date·
Greeting contractors· & receiving goods at reception
Assisting in the update of the Planned maintenance System (PPM)·
General Admin duties·
