Job Description

You will be providing effective and efficient administrative support to a range of individuals and be dealing with complex situations. You will be working with the Head of LWC and clinic staff to ensure clinic schedules meet service delivery plan and be responsible for the gathering of information required for diagnostic assessments.

This role is part time 28 hours per week across Monday – Thursday.

This is a permanent contract.


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
The successful candidate will be able to communicate effectively with parents, children, young people and people with autism. You will have strong word processing skills and have excellent knowledge of all MS Office Suite. You will also need to have administrative experience (a minimum of 3 years) and be able to work well as part of a team. You will need to have GCSE English (or equivalent), GCSE Math’s (or equivalent) and NVQ Level 3 Business Administration (or equivalent).
