Job Description

Key Responsibilities and Tasks:

+ Ensuring effective and accurate sales and site administration
+ Ensuring all sales ledger queries and pricing issues are resolved in a timely manner
+ Process Master Data requests for new accounts and Customer updates
+ Complete Credit requests and log complaints accurately on our ERP system and co-ordinate the customer responses
+ Compliance to all Company procedures and legislative requirements
+ Review and communicate service level reports for the Customer Service team

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
This role is for a confident and outgoing individual ideally with administrative experience in a sales environment. You will be targeted with accurate and timely administration of key tasks. You will strive for excellence in customer satisfaction and in accuracy of information. The successful candidate will be have strong numeracy skills and be an excellent communicator at all levels. It is essential that you are self-motivated, focused, flexible, numerate, possess excellent organisational and IT skills, and that you have a track record of delivering work on time.
