Description

Key responsibilities for this call centre agent will be;

*Delivering excellent customer service on every call received

*Returning calls following enquiries and provide information - this role will be information gathering

*General administration and information sharing within the teams

*use Proclaim and work using a dialer

*Office based role, Monday - Friday between 9-5 and 11-7

-Please note only candidates with experience working in a contact centre or telephone based customer service role will be considered for this role-

*Working patterns no earlier than 9am starts and no later thank 7pm finishes (EG: (phone number removed) with NO WEEKENDS

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

*Excellent customer service *Experience working in a contact centre based role and keen to develop their skills in a new business *Able to work in an FCA regulated environment *Confident, helpful and personable character *Have a natural ability to build relationships over the phone
