Time recording system and Outputs monthly inputs to Finance
Processing foreign payments
Assist Administration Team Leader with financial tasks when required e.g. fixed assets list
Departmental Local Records Officer
Registering files and logbooks on the electronic records file system (CRMS)
Closing & archiving files in accordance with quality standards & agency procedures
Database entry e.g. scientific equipment database
Assisting Head of Department, Workgroup Leaders & Quality Manager
Compiling departmental reports, e.g. SIS report
General point of contact for all queries from the Senior Management Team
Filing, scanning, photocopying, answering telephone calls & other ad-hoc duties
Organize meetings, booking rooms and sending out calendar invites
Provide data entry support on the recruitment system
Updating organograms
Any other work to assist the department as and when called upon.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Knowledge and experience of using MS Office Suite (especially Word and Excel). Ability to communicate and interact effectively with individuals at various seniority levels. Highly organized with the ability to balance and priorities multiple tasks with competing priorities. Minute taking. GCE Grade C or above (or equivalent) in Math and English. Prioritization of work.
