You’ll be responsible for maintaining training records, organizing training events, distributing training materials and supporting the onboarding of new staff, as they begin their journey as part of the Signature family.
You’ll communicate available training to our staff, plan and execute training activities, and work with our HR team to implement recommendations to improve the customer experience through training and development.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
You’ll be able to organize and priorities your workload, communicate effectively, and work well under pressure. You’ll have previous experience in a similar role with hands-on experience coordinating training events.
