You will be working within our training centre, where you will be responsible for front of house reception duties, alongside administrative support with our delegates and trainers who access the site.
*You will be responsible for inputting Customer data for producing effective Training Course/Customer Services and Inspections certification is a key responsibility of this role.
*The role will also include aspects of administrative support across both the departments within the Training & Services business including Reception duties.
*Dealing directly and effectively with Customers over the telephone and face-to-face, greeting visitors at Reception daily and satisfying their requirements at a professional level.
*Answering the switch board politely and professionally and placing calls effectively with the correct colleague.
*Ensuring telephone messages are effectively communicated and followed up.
*Responding promptly to Customer enquiries, deal effectively with any Customer complaints
*Operating different computer software's to process and produce training course certificates and services & inspection certificates and any other general administrative duties using the associated software within the Company.
*Maintaining records of Customer interactions and transactions and to carry out general housekeeping exercises where necessary
