An excellent opportunity for a Contracts Administrator to work within the commercial department of an amazing company in Leatherhead. In this role you will have a primary focus on preparing and following up on contracts, in addition providing ongoing admin support.
Key Responsibilities:
Preparation of contract documentation
Updating and renewing agreements
Up-Keep essential IT records of contract status’
Must operate all activity within bespoke software systems
Handling timely administration support as required to the wider business
Ensure quality control of all information being inputted into the system and transferred to contracts
Experience/Qualification:
Experience in an administration role
Organisational skills, strong administration skills and be responsive to clients' requests
Ability to multi task, and can – do attitude
Good IT skills, with strong understanding of MS Office
Be computer knowledgeable and various social media platforms
