Job Description

Key Responsibilities will include:

• Leading preparation and completion of the period end financial results for Operations.
• Bridging monthly and weekly results against budget and forecast with commentary.
• Producing periodic forecasting with clear understand and movement of what is driving results.
• Ensuring site standards are maintained and kept up to date and reviewed on a periodic basis, and the foundation of all site forecasting and reporting.
• Working with Mills management to understand base trends for cost and agree realistic target objectives.
• Overseeing the collation of Financial KPIs.
• Continuing to drive best practice in financial control and documentation to strengthen internal control.
• Leading, managing and coaching the Assistant Management Accountant to ensure their long term development.
• Working closely with the Mills Finance Business Partner to understand how the business unit impacts the wider business.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience of working within a senior reporting and analytical capacity, who is able to review and provide commentary to improve decision making and mill performance.
