Job Description

The successful candidate will require good interpersonal and communication skills, as this role will require you to deal with staff on a one-to-one basis as well as liaising with the whole of the Drivers function.

Principal Accountabilities

  • Production of regular reports.
  • Dealing with internal and external customers.
  • Ordering of stores.
  • Minute taking as required along with general administrative duties

Minimum Requirements

  • The ability to work under pressure is a distinct requirement of this role.
  • Sound knowledge of IT systems including Word, Excel and Office.
  • Must be highly organised and methodical
  • Must have good attention to detail and be self-motivated.
  • Must be customer focussed and willing to work as part of a small team.

Working Pattern

Working an average of 37 hours per week
