Job Description

We are offering a fixed term contract, initially for 6 months. 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Arrange meetings, record meeting and actions during the meetings
  • Maintain an up to date diary
  • Respond to enquiries
  • Maintain project tracker and following up actions
  • View emails and draft responses, if required
  • Prepare, type and format documents
  • Draft PowerPoint presentations related the project
  • Coordinate project-based work dealing with all levels of internal management and staff
  • Develop and implement effective information management support tools and systems
  • Liaise with key stakeholders on behalf of the DCO
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, and other documents, as required

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
A-Levels (Math and English). Proficient in all Microsoft Office packages including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Ability to work in a highly pressurized environment. Excellent organizational skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills using tact, judgment and discretion. Good report writing skills. Good analytical skills. Previous experience in similar role.
