As Executive Assistant / PA your duties will involve:
- getting involved in project work and co-ordinating legal, financial and IT departments
- diary management and the organisation of travel and business meetings
- reviewing and deciphering legal documents
- overseeing the companies Charity work
- communicating with key customers and suppliers
- researching complex issues and summarising high-level documents
As Executive Assistant / PA you MUST be able to demonstrate the following skills:
- previous experience providing support to senior management within a business environment
- previous experience of reviewing legal documents
- have experience of getting teams to collaborate successfully on projects
- educated to 'A' level or degree level in a business related subject
- demonstrate your ability to put forward practical solutions to problems
- confidence in your ability to make sound decisions and be accountable for those decisions
