Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

  • Handling all new starters, leavers, benefits and administering payroll
  • Working with the HR Ops team and stakeholders to keep upto date on any reports and payroll changes.
  • Well organised, strong accuracy
  • Advising on HR queries (including payroll & tax queries)
  • Processing HR invoices
  • Book meeting rooms, taking minutes and general HR Administrative duties

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will have the following experience:

  • Experience processing starters, leavers and payroll administration
  • Strong HR background and knowledge, able to answer queries in line with UK law and legislation
  • Brilliant attention to detail and numeracy skills
  • Proficient at data Microsoft Excel & HR systems
  • Experience designing, implementing and maintaining databases
  • Able to work independently and experience handling the monthly payroll cycle
  • Preferably experience with the system Workday
  • Running reports
