Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of month end profit and loss and journals.
  • Balance sheet reconciliations and transactional reporting (with the assistance of the accounts assistant).
  • Quarterly VAT returns.
  • Fixed assets
  • Cashflow forecasting
  • Purchase ledger duties including supplier invoices, expenses and the posting and allocation of cash
  • Stock take procedures and reporting
  • Cost saving activities to improve profitability.
  • Preparation of all required data for the year-end financial audit
  • Communication with other businesses within the Group on a global basis
