The role will be to act as the first point of contact and provide excellent customer service
* To be able to confidently and accurately handle and process transactions.
* Accurately handle and process transactions using the various computer systems.
* Answer general enquiries from customers by telephone following Customer Service Standards.
* Carry out general administration tasks. Identification of improvements and changes to improve the customer experience including systems and controls.
* To act as a Brand Ambassador for ensuring that fruitful relationships are maintained and developed in the community.
