Job description:
The successful person will provide remote support to the HR Advisor and Head of People
Manage HR Inbox, answer queries, flag and prioritize
Coordinate starter forms, onboarding
Creative testimonials for website
Review and update the intranet system
Work with the Leadership Development Team to build a RIBA mentor list
Design and coordinate virtual practice induction
Develop an onboarding/new starter flowchart
Partners and Associates contracts review and update
Push internal knowledge sharing and recording of internal CPD library
Work on internal improvements of Medical Tracker, HR Procedure Guide, Mentor Matching, BAME equal opportunities
Consider procedures moving forward in terms of promotion of diversity
Build a flexible working plan
Promotion of October reviews, talent reviews and upskilling
Skills necessary:
HR experience, must be able to hit the ground running
Proactive approach
Positive attitude
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
An interest in better people processes and diversity inclusion
Experience of working in an architectural, design or construction company
A flexible can-do attitude, someone who is naturally helpful who can assist where ever needed
Must be eligible to work in the UK
