Job Description

Objectives of the role;

  • Online banking
  • Credit control
  • Bought ledger
  • Expenses and Banking
  • Budget & Cost Controls
  • Preparation of Financial Statements
  • Bank Reconciliation
  • JNLS
  • Stock & Accruals
  • Month Ends
  • Year End
  • National Surveys - Annual & monthly

Key duties;

  • Sage Payroll - Preparation / Posting of salaries
  • Auto enrolment
  • VAT - Quarterly VAT returns and online submissions
  • HR - Keeping Employee records up to date digitally and filed, Time keeping, Holidays, Eye Test register, Liaising on current legislation
  • Negotiation - Negotiating and arranging the best possible deals for the company on Gas, Electricity, Telephones, Couriers, Company Insurance (Buildings, Contents, Stock plus PI Insurance
  • Additional ad hoc duties where required

Skills;

  • Experience in using Xero is essential
