Oversee the operations of the business - regulatory and legal compliance.
Involved in due diligence process prior to and throughout major corporate acquisitions
Handling a portfolio of Employee Relations cases
Dealing with all aspects of performance, absence, sickness, disciplinary, dismissal, grievances, ER and investigations
Responsible for ER queries in relation to transfers
Assisting with other HR duties as and when required
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
• Experience in a similar role - TUPE / Due Diligence experience is essential • Ideally experience working within Financial Services or Legal • Confident in setting and prioritising their own work agenda • Excellent attention to detail • Confident using Microsoft office - including excel • Must be a driver due to the location
