Dealing with all aspects of performance, absence, sickness, disciplinary, dismissal, grievances, ER and investigations
Responsible for ER queries in relation to transfers
Assisting with other HR duties as and when required
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
The ideal candidate: • Experience in a similar role - TUPE experience is essential • Ideally experience working within Professional Services • Confident in setting and prioritising their own work agenda • Excellent attention to detail • Confident using Microsoft office - including excel • Must be a driver due to the location
