This is a customer focused role. You will be taking the lead in a small team ensuring that deadlines are met.
Key Responsibilities include:
Query resolution, dealing with escalated queries
Producing payroll reports
Daily management of a small team
Delegating and prioritising tasks amongst team
Ensuring payroll deadlines are met
Process improvements
The candidate:
Excellent attention to detail
Experience of processing high volume payroll
Excellent communication skills
CIPP is desirable
Up to date knowledge of payroll legislation
Must have supervisory experience
