Job Description
Duties will include:
Setting up users on the online client portal
Administrative duties to assist the Sales team
Assisting with email campaigns and being the first point of contact for CRM queries and support
Producing and distributing regular reports to clients
Contact clients regularly by telephone and email including scheduling regular calls
Reviewing cases and case holdings on a regular basis to ensure service level agreements are being met
Maintaining CRM system to ensure all data is current and accurate
Ensuring the database is segmented effectively for target marketing activity
Review client case reports and headline MI on a weekly basis to identify issues and ways to increase performance
This role is office based
20k-22k dependent on experience, 37.5 hours per week
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the companies CRM system to ensure the data is current and accurate. Speaking with clients in regards to queries and assisting the sales team with Administrative duties. Must have previous administrative experience and good use of MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
