You will be working as an integral part of a busy team, supporting a wide range of administrative duties.
You will have a wide wide range of duties, and will include :
Inputting, updating and amending weekly reports on MS Excel
Liaising with external suppliers
Processing information on in house database
Organisation of external meetings, organising travel and accommodation
Copy typing of documents and correspondence.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
You will be a confident communicator, with excellent organisational skills. We are looking for someone who has a strong and stable background within administration and looking for a long term role within a great business. You will enjoy working in a busy role, and love a good challenge
