The main duties will be:
Assisting with the recruitment ,advertising the positions on the job boards and going through all the applications.
Inductions, including development of new corporate induction and running inductions each week
Disciplinary / Grievance Minutes
Return to Work Interviews
Exit Interviews
Updating and supporting managers with training matrices
Supporting requests from payroll
Setting up and conducting interim reviews and end of probation reviews
Maintaining various spreadsheets
Dealing with other adhoc duties
