Your role will be to accurately and efficiently manage all HR administration activities for our Central Team and site based Senior Leaders, from the onboarding of new starters, through to the processing of leavers and all the HR administration activities in-between.
You will also be expected to make all the required changes to contracts and support annual processes such as producing documentation for salary review and bonus. You will ensure all data is accurately inputted into the HR system and keep personnel files up
In addition, you will support the Employee Relations Business Partner by undertaking administration for formal HR processes which will include running reports, note taking for complex formal meetings.
