Ownership of the employee survey and activities to enable the business to drive engagement
To gain a broad understanding of the business, challenges and goals, providing people solutions and driving activity as required
Responsibility for all people processes to include management advice, coaching and support, documentation and policies, relating to performance, disciplinaries, grievances, training, and redundancies to include dispute resolution and mediation
Ensure all recruitment is approved and in line with salary bandings, benefits packages and with updated job profiles
Ensure recruitment activity is being managed with pace and urgency by the HR Administrator and in line with business processes
To deliver a training and development programme to meet business / individual requirements, via the most value adding approach
Produce a monthly HR report for the Executive team with key people updates
Ensuring all payroll changes / furlough information is submitted through to payroll and payroll is reviewed prior to payment
Management and review of employee benefit schemes
Keeping up to date on all employment law and statutory legislation changes, providing updates and guidance to the business where required
Working closely with the Managing Director as a business partner to discuss and review key activity, challenges and goals and provide advice and support
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
• Full generalist HR experience • Standalone HR experience • Experienced in M&A / TUPE activity • HR system experience • Proven experience business partnering a senior Leadership Team • Confident leading and successfully embedding large scale change programmes / HR initiatives • Excellent knowledge of employment law • An ability to work under pressure, be resilient and to remain mature and professional at all times
