The main purpose of the role will be to handle personal information relating to their customers and ensure that everyone’s files are kept up to date.
Package Details:
* Hours of work: 9.00am – 5.30pm and may include Saturdays within the rota
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintaining the database of customer information
* Checking files off a specific criteria
* Completing application support documents
* Running checks on customers
* Small amount of phone work chasing documentation if required
