Job Description

The Role:

They require an Administrator to provide a sales and office administrative support role at their rice processing site.It will be a job share for 2021 (2 days per week) so they're open to flexibility on days to be worked. However, the role will move to full time in 2022.

Key Requirements:

The successful candidate will report to the General Manager with a remit covering the following, but not limited to:

  • Entering Sales orders
  • Sales invoicing
  • Liaising with hauliers and production for booking collections / deliveries
  • Printing Delivery notes
  • Raising credit notes
  • Petty cash management
  • Intercom / Reception / Telephone queries
  • Filing / general administration
  • Downdating pallet information on national database
  • Post / Parcel collections
  • Downdating production information onto own and customers systems
  • Stocktake - administration
