The successful applicant will be responsible for working with students as they visit the careers service as well as coordinating some of the operational and administrative aspects of the department.
The purpose of the role is to provide co-ordination and administration support for the delivery of a range of services across the team. One of the key aspects of the role is the administration of all financial-related activity. The person is responsible for managing the finances for events for approximately 2,000 students and alumni across 33 programmes. In addition, the role supports the co-ordination of workshops and their evaluation, scheduling 1:1 appointment and responding to student and employer queries.
