Job Description

What you’ll do:

– Manage work diaries for Network Field Engineers.
– Review and validate each work request received for correct information and project coding
– Efficiently plan work based on geographical location taking into consideration travel time and agreed service level agreements (SLA’s)
– Deal with ad-hoc queries from internal customers, Engineers & Regional Managers
– Attend project meetings with other departments and weekly calls regarding workload
– General housekeeping and daily filing of work requests and email.
– Proactively work with other team members and departments, sharing resourcing to ensure efficiencies are achieved.


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
What you’ll bring: – Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. – IT competent with a good understanding and working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite – Understand workflows and decision-making principles. – The ability to priorities and question requirements where necessary – Have a good attention to detail to spot efficiency opportunities – Have a pragmatic approach to managing workloads to meet SLA’s – The ability to learn new skills and build upon IT competences.
