The purpose of the role is to provide administrative support to the Finance Team. You will be ultimately accountable for the balance sheet and therefore this is a doing” and “reviewing” role, responsible for performing numerous tasks as listed below but also reviewing transaction postings by other members of the team. Day-to-day tasks include:
Ensuring all payroll-related and cash balance sheet items are reconciled weekly
All other balance sheet items reconciled monthly
Monthly audit files
Submitting VAT, PAYE and CT returns and paying taxes on time
Working with IT and Facilities to ensure the fixed asset register is up to date
Control budget spends
Ad hoc analysis

Hours based around 8.30am to 5pm

As such, you should be CIMA/ACCA qualified Understanding of fast paced manufacturing processes System 21, MS AX, Recipe Professor Experience You will need to be able to demonstrate an ability to work fast and accurately whilst also having the self-discipline to manage your own workload with minimal supervision.
