This organisation is an expanding firm looking to find an amazing, people person who can wow their clients just as much as the partners can.

This is not just a number crunching role, they need someone with character and confidence, who is motivated and happy to try new things.

They are about to make an acquisition, so this is an exciting time to join them and become part of their team.

Your role will be to take care of clients and systems, manage the existing team and work towards becoming the practice manager.

You will be fully supported in this role as well as having an option to join the Partners, becoming a partner in the firm longer term.

The role will have flexibility and you will be allowed autonomy over what you do - their main goal is finding the right person to work alongside them.

You will need to be motivated and confident, with an ability to talk to clients in plain English (no accountancy jargon!).

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

You must have worked in an accountancy firm for a minimum of 8 years Ideally AAT qualified or above Keen to learn and improve yourself Enjoy dealing with people Experience of all areas of accountancy dealing with limited company accounts
