Job Description
What you’ll do
- Gather requisite evidence of learner progress and results with Functional Skills for claiming purposes
- Clean up and maintain learner exemptions in our CRM
- Provide ad hoc support to our Learning Operations and Funding & Audit teams to contribute to delivering high quality, compliant learning
journeys
- Hold Maths and English qualifications at level 2 or above (required)
- Administrative experience, with a keen eye for detail
- A strong understanding of apprenticeships (desired)
- Ability to juggle competing tasks and priorities, and comfort working to tight timelines
- Excellent communication skills and an appreciation for delivering a quality customer service experience
- Experience using Salesforce (desired)
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
We’re looking for a focused Administrator, ideally with experience working in apprenticeships, to collate evidence of learning for apprenticeship funding claims. A multi-skilled professional, you’ll be able to juggle competing tasks.
