Job Description

As a Care Assistant in Hereford, Monmouth and the surrounding areas, you'll love the fast-pace and variety that comes with caring for people in a range of establishments in your area. Your duties will include following care plans, assisting service users with daily living tasks such as eating and socialising, and any additional tasks required.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

You will need to be an empathetic caregiver, with a minimum of 3 months of paid experience from within the past 3 years under your belt and have the right to live and work in the UK. Experience in moving and handling and personal care is also a requirement. Ultimately, you'll have a desire to become a true companion to the people in your care and work alongside health and social care professionals to ensure the best possible outcome is met at all times.
