The role of Senior Finance Manager - Group Reporting will include:
Working across the financial reporting function, providing technical and financial accounting expertise, including statutory, month-end and regulatory reporting
Implementing new IFRS accounting standards
Reviewing financial controls and driving process improvements across the group
Reporting and presenting accounting information and project updates
Leading and mentoring a team, setting objectives and driving success
Developing and managing relationships with key stakeholders, particularly Heads of Finance and the senior management team
Skills and experiences:
Educated to degree level or equivalent, you will be a practice trained Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA) with sufficient post qualification experience
Possess strong financial reporting experience with a demonstrable track record of managing a financial services function in a large, complex organisation
Comprehensive understanding of reporting under IFRS, FRS101 and FRS102 accounting standards
An experienced manager with the ability to lead, motivate and mentor with enthusiasm and provide clear direction
Skilled at actively building and maintaining effective and collaborative relationships with stakeholders including senior management
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
