Job Description

Duties

• Client management reporting for a portfolio of clients
• Ensuring all compliance areas are adhered to meeting RICS statutory guidelines
• VAT Report reconciliations
• Reviewing budgets and compiling tenant apportionment's
• Balance Sheet clear down of all non-service charge items
• Compile audit & balance sheet of sold properties / complete handovers to new agent
• Reconcile cash accounts & clear down ledgers
• Annual Service charge audits & cash reconciliations
• Monthly KPI targets and RICS compliance in relating to rent held
• Attend Client Meetings
• Void Billing & Funding Requests
• Client Income Transfers
• Managing all ad hoc charges providing approval to the treasury team / carrying out treasury functions
• Approving invoices, payments & authorising BACS payments.
• Instructing treasury on any credit control activities & AP priorities
• Managing all client & tenant information relating to billings & budgets

Essential Experience Required

To be successful in your application for this role you MUST have the following experience

• AAT Qualified, Qualified by Experience
• Previous experience working in property desirable but not essential
• Month end experience including balance sheet reconciliations, budgets, reporting
• Proactive Attitude, Well Organised
• Good excel skills, V Lookups & Pivot Tables
• Excellent Team Player, Outgoing Personality
