Job Description
You will thrive on delivering exceptional customer service, where you meet and greet our customers and make them feel at ease and comfortable. You will manage appointments by email and telephone and support our customers with their enquiries on treatments and their insurance and costs.
What you’ll do:
Manage administrative tasks accurately and efficiently and support your team during busy times.
Liaise closely with clinical colleagues to ensure that client reports and correspondence are issued within the required timeframes
Ad hoc administrative duties to assist the team
Assist in bookings of mammograms
Support customer enquiries on our services and products
Will need to be flexible to cover other London Centre’s if required
Dealing with customer’s results, referrals, letters and reports for our clinics in the UK.
Supporting our clinics with clinics letters
Chasing any outstanding reports from our partner scanning Centre’s
Supporting with internal quality audits

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
What you’ll bring Exceptional customer service, communication and administration skills. Have experience working in a similar role, ideally in healthcare or dental. Good MS Office skills and ideally have experience using booking systems. Collaborates in a team environment. Organized, flexible and proactive. Exposure or experience working in healthcare is a bonus. Understanding hospital, health or dental patient terminology preferred.
