The role will best suit either those with an initial grounding in insurance, looking to develop and grow within a specialist business unit or alternatively those who have worked in another professional, regulated administrative role.
Key responsibilities in the role will include:
Providing day to day administrative servicing for our real estate insurer partners and client service teams
Ensuring thorough collection of the property risk data from the client service team
Creating entries and managing system updates on the core system,
Creating or renewing schemes/policies/properties in the system
Carrying out mid-term adjustments/cancellations in the system
Issuing Certificates of Insurance and invoices to the client service team
Maintaining records, forms and documents on the central filing system and shared drives
Collating data and statistics for our insurer partners and client service teams
Effectively manage queries with the client service teams
Providing feedback for insurer review meetings and actively contribute to the development of relationships
Providing support in delivering efficiencies within the processes carried out
Providing support in delivering enhanced reporting and system development to insurer partners
Supporting the Account Handler community and collaborating within the Insurance Administrator community
Taking responsibility for delivering results against projects or innovation initiatives
Contributing to effective, outcome based meetings
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
We're looking for candidates that are articulate and highly-organized; motivated by working in a fast-paced, innovative and energized team environment. Strong IT , numerical and communication skills. Capable of following strict compliance procedures. Execution of system based administrative tasks to exceptionally high service standards; Accuracy and attention to detail is a "must" as is the ability to quickly understand broking transactional systems and delivering consistently high levels of service.
