Job Description

The Role will require someone to fulfil the following duties which may be added to as the team continues to grow:

• Taking responsibility of the reporting and oversight of the accounts preparation.
• Preparing quarterly fund financials, drawdown and distribution calculations, liaising with 3rd party accounting firms.
• Being involved in the development and acquisition, managing the costs on the capex and producing the relevant reports.
• Preparing budgets and forecasts.
• Collating financials from external management companies and monitoring their performance.
• Preparing quarterly fund asset management reports.
• Liaising with the accounts of previous property owners to get full accounts handover.

The Person: must be a newly qualified accountant or a finalist (ACCA, ACA, CIMA) with some real estate experience (investment or asset management) within industry, but they will even consider someone looking for their first role out of practice.
