Job Description
  • Managing invoicing across Europe, including an understanding of the different demands placed by varying dispatch points and VAT regimes.
  • Providing overall administration support to our new branch in the Republic of Ireland, including dispatches, goods-in, credits, invoicing.
  • Monitor Credit notes and advise of monthly provision requirement
  • Giving support to the accounts team by producing and coordinating paperwork for customs. Responsible for maintaining export delivery details and agreeing these to the carriage invoices received
  • Liaise and arrange carriage with couriers including all export documentation. Track deliveries to insure deliveries are met globally and keep records of costs and performance to regularly review with couriers.
  • Providing support to the MD with reference to sales analysis and reporting. This is on a weekly (GP Margins), monthly (Budget comparison), annual and ad hoc basis. This will involve extracting sales information and formulating to spread sheets and graphics.
  • Assist the MD with preparation of reports to the PLC board quarterly.
  • Involved in acquiring and maintaining certification in fields such as Quality Assurance, Environmental Standards, FORS, Sustainability and assisting with applicable external Audits by the relevant bodies Stock take support and administration.
  • Assist the marketing team with mail outs, web site updates and Sustainability project goals

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Bright, confident and articulate individual with excellent administration skills. Excellent working knowledge of Excel and working with spreadsheets. Good level of education, ideally to at least A level (or equivalent) standard. Organized and efficient person who is able to multi task.
