Job Description

About the role:
 

• Manage caseload consisting of: Creditors and Members Voluntary Liquidations, Administrations (trading and non-trading), Company Voluntary Arrangements and personal insolvency including Individual Voluntary Arrangements and Bankruptcies
• Attend client meetings alongside senior managers and Partners
• This is a client-facing role and will require management of various stakeholders including (internal & external) creditors, debtors, directors, solicitors and other professionals
