Job Description
Duties
- Client management reporting for a portfolio of clients
- Ensuring all compliance areas are adhered to meeting RICS statutory guidelines
- VAT Report reconciliations
- Reviewing budgets and compiling tenant apportionment's
- Balance Sheet clear down of all non-service charge items
- Compile audit & balance sheet of sold properties / complete handovers to new agent
- Reconcile cash accounts & clear down ledgers
- Annual Service charge audits & cash reconciliations
- Monthly KPI targets and RICS compliance in relating to rent held
- Attend Client Meetings
- Void Billing & Funding Requests
- Client Income Transfers
- Managing all ad hoc charges providing approval to the treasury team / carrying out treasury functions
- Approving invoices, payments & authorising BACS payments.
- Instructing treasury on any credit control activities & AP priorities
- Managing all client & tenant information relating to billings & budgets
Essential Experience Required
To be successful in your application for this role you MUST have the following experience
- AAT Qualified, Qualified by Experience
- Previous experience working in property desirable but not essential
- Month end experience including balance sheet reconciliations, budgets, reporting
- Proactive Attitude, Well Organised
- Good excel skills, V Lookups & Pivot Tables
- Excellent Team Player, Outgoing Personality

£23,000 - £26,000 per annum, negotiable, inc benefits, OTE
