Job Description
  • Assisting with a migration project of xero to xero
  • Data entry
  • Raising invoices 
  • Preparing quarterly accounts
  • Corporation tax admin
  • HMRC filing
  • Preparing trialing balances; reconciling entries
  • Filing documents
  • Verifying, allocating, and posting transactions
  • Preparing financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Ensure that the office is fully stocked and order supplies for the office

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
With a minimum experience of 2 years in a similar role. Complex understanding of funding applications. Experience using Xero. Use of online banking. Work flexibly and productive under pressure. Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
