Job Description

This independent estate agency with a fantastic reputation is currently looking to recruit an Administrator to support its busy sales department in Cheam.

The role will involve working closely with the sales team, greeting clients, completing paperwork, undertaking advertising and general team administration, as well as ensuring the smooth running of the office on a day to day basis.

The successful candidate must be able to deliver under pressure and be confident in dealing with clients both in person and over the phone in a polite and professional manner.

Personal specification:

  • Previous property administration experience
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Fantastic customer service skills
  • Great IT/administration skills
  • An eye for detail and accuracy
  • Well presented.

The package on offer for this role will be in the region of £25,000 depending on previous experience. This is a Monday to Friday role.
