Job Description

The main goal of this role is to support and develop service field operating system and offer operational support to aid achievement of company financial and safety objectives.

As a service administrator, you will:

  • Manage and co-ordinate office equipment failure through helpdesk
  • Ensure training matrix is kept up to date
  • Ensure any records are kept for any mitigation and/or Compensation Events (CE) submitted
  • Maintain an accurate Engineer planner detailing work schedule
  • Monitor service completions and ensure all PPM has a relevant engineer worksheet completed at the end of the process.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
To be successful in this role you will: Have administrative operational experience in a similar industry. Have Microsoft Office experience including Excel. Possess Understanding or previous exposure of service operation and systems. Be an excellent communicator.
